Grape varieties: Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Macabeo
Alcohol content: 14.5% volume
Winemaking: Traditional vinification; fermentation at 28 C followed by 15 to 20 days of maceration to achieve optimal colour and structure. The wine is then transferred to barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place, and is kept on its lees during ageing.
A very careful grape selection, with each berry selected by hand in the vineyard itself to ensure the fruit reaches the winery in perfect phytosanitary condition.
Line: Crianza
Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Vineyard: his plot is located in the area known as “Noguerals”, an excellent site for vine-growing, at an altitude of 700 metres. The soil is clay-limestone mixed with flint, and the vineyard is planted with Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon and Macabeo.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C. Decanting is recommended; some sediment may be present due to the very gentle filtration process.
Vista: Color rubí intens amb reflexos violacis, brillant i net.
Nas: Aromes de fruites negres com móres i cireres, amb tocs especiats i notes minerals subtils.
Boca: Estructura robusta, amb tanins presents i suau acidesa que dona frescor; final llarg i elegant.
Recomanat per tota mena de carn i formatges.

Potencia en estado puro. Sobradas las referencias a esta bodega, a Ramon Alzamora y a Ramon enólogo que hacen de este vino una obra de arte. Solo puedo recomendar catarlos. Salud!
