This wine, produced at Bodega Noguerals in the municipality of La Morera de Montsant, on the Mas de l’Abella estate within the DOQ Priorat, is a collaboration between Ramon Alzamora, owner of the winery, and Joan Bada, a winegrower from Terra Alta. Together, they have created a blend of Garnacha Negra from the Santes Gates plot and Cariñena from the Mas de l’Abella plot, both located on the same estate.
Ageing has taken place in clay amphorae and glass demijohns. AfAfter ten months of ageing, the wine was bottled.
ALBA is a fine, elegant and fresh wine that conveys the authenticity and purity of the grape varieties grown on the Mas de l’Abella estate.
Vista: Color robí brillant amb tonalitats violetes, net i de capa mitjana.
Nas: Aromes fresques de fruites vermelles com maduixes i cireres, amb un fons subtil de notes especiades i tocs florals.
Boca: Vi suau, amb tanins suaus i acidesa equilibrada. Té un final fresc i lleugerament afruitat.
Marida bé amb carns vermelles, formatges, plats contundents i especiats.

Potencia en estado puro. Sobradas las referencias a esta bodega, a Ramon Alzamora y a Ramon enólogo que hacen de este vino una obra de arte. Solo puedo recomendar catarlos. Salud!
