 Decanting is recommended.

Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Food pairing: ideal with red meats, large cuts of meat, and cheeses.
Consumption: Serve at 16ºC.

Ageing: 10 months in clay amphorae and glass demijohns.
